Our 12-bed medically managed sub-acute residential detoxification facilities provide the highest standard of personal and physical care. The experienced and credentialed staff provide a nurturing and structured environment to ensure a safe and comfortable withdrawal from drugs and alcohol. Your Addiction Specialist Physician coordinates 24 hour client care.
La Ventana’s beautiful Residential Detox homes provide the peaceful environment conducive to the beginning of treatment. Our Detox team has over 200 years of collective recovery: we understand the trauma of the cycle of addiction and can meet clients where they are at with respect and empathy. We provide superior patient care, safety, comfort, and unconditional love during the detoxification process. Our team has been there, they get it.

Our gender specific Residential Homes provide state-of-the-art, individually tailored, and holistic treatment for those struggling with the full spectrum of chemical dependency and co-occurring mental health issues.

Partial Hospitalization / Day Treatment Programs Intensive Outpatient Programs
Our Thousand Oaks Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)for substance abuse office offers a comprehensive program six days a week Monday through Saturday with Sundays off for visitation from family along with reflection of the week. Free support groups, alumni groups, and other educational in-services are available to the community.
Intensive Outpatient Programs
Thousand Oaks also hosts an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with day and evening tracks to accommodate a variety of schedules and treatment needs. Free support groups, alumni groups, and other outside meetings are also offered to bring the community to La Ventana.
We offer structured, gender specific transitional living that accompanies our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), allowing clients an additional supportive environment. Our luxurious private homes offer a structured community setting and highly individualized support during recovery. transportation.
For clients stepping down from transitional living but still in need of structure and support we also offer gender specific Sober Living Environment (SLE) housing as part of our complete spectrum of care. Clients enjoy planned outings in the Southern California community, experiencing all that the coast and town have to offer with our provided.
All programs provide state-of-the-art, individualized, and holistic treatment for those struggling with the full spectrum of eating disorders, chemical dependency, and co-occurring mental health issues. Our facilities are Joint Commission Accredited, which provides the oversight and checks and balances necessary to offer the finest treatment.
