Do you have financing available?

Yes, La Ventana works with financial institutions to assist in loans and can sometimes offer in house financing.

Where are you located?

Thousand Oaks, California. We are about an hour drive north of LAX International Airport

How long is your program?

This is a twelve week program with a minimum of four weeks for Day Treatment/ PHP. The IOP program can last longer as clients only come a few nights a week.

Do you offer detox services?

Yes

My Son / Daughter is attending School / College, how can you help?

Yes, we can try to arrange program around their class schedule

Do you have an Interventionist or offer Intervention services?

We have an interventionist on site.

Do you have a program for family members and loved ones?

Yes, Our family program is a part of our recovery treatment

Do you have aftercare or any kind of support after program completion?

Yes, your discharge plan includes aftercare support and treatment

Can you help with work or legal issues?

Yes, we can assist you with finding work after the program and can recommend legal services in the area.

What are your credentials and are you licensed?
