At La Ventana our drug and alcohol treatment program staff is here 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have regarding a referral or our comprehensive treatment programs – we are here to help!

Contact our Admissions Counselor

When you call, our admissions counselor can answer any questions you have about our treatment programs at La Ventana (ie: fees, insurance, housing or our program structure). If our program is suitable to your needs then the admissions counselor will set up an assessment with our Clinical Director, who will then make clinical recommendations for how to proceed.

We also have professional relationships with many intensive programs. If you need a higher level of care, a referral can be made that best suits your needs.

Conduct An Assessment

The clinical assessment allows one of our clinicians to speak with you one-on-one to assess your unique situation and see how we can aid you in the recovery process. You will also be able to meet our staff and tour the facility.

Note: We require all participants in our programs to be medically stable at the time of admission. We do not accept patients that are acute or in need of hospitalization.

Make financial arrangements

La Ventana’s Insurance Specialist will then speak with your insurance company to determine if full or partial coverage will be provided for your treatment. La Ventana also offers several financing options for those clients whose insurance does not cover full payment or who do not have insurance. If there is not insurance coverage, our fees are quite reasonable. Clark Behavioral Financing offers many options. Check for medical stability

To be admitted you must be medically cleared. We will check for medical clearance and require a physical exam and a medical history from a physician.

Meet with your admissions counselor and start the program

When you meet your admissions counselor, you will proceed to fill out any additional admit paperwork and start the program.

La Ventana also offers several financing options for those clients whose insurance does not cover full payment or who do not have insurance or private funds to cover the cost.  Our programs make it affordable for our clients to finance their treatment, and they work directly with our finance company to determine the rate and length of finance terms. This program helps La Ventana offer treatment to many people who would otherwise be turned away. Financial Assistance is available for those who qualify. We work with a reputable and independent loan organization called Clark Behavioral Health Financing. If you are interested in qualifying for a private loan, you may apply now online.

Loans can cover treatment costs, tuition and even transportation to and from the program. They feature multiple loan products with competitive rates, and a possible deferral of interest for up to 6 months with no prepayment penalties or cancellation fees.

They work with many families and individuals each day, guiding them through the loan process. Even if you don’t personally qualify for a loan, they will advise you in ways to qualify, including adding a co-signer or considering credit repair.
